Fixed some bugs

I fixed a bug that caused COD2 to sometimes fail with a "Bad Command Byte". I've been getting some good response on the forums at http://www.iwnation.com/Forums/index.php?showtopic=24264
And some good suggestions regarding customization with an XML file.
